Shipping & OrderingShippingSmaller items will be shipped USPS. Please note: When ordering through our online store, UPS is the only shipping option. Smaller items like Beach Combers can be shipped for $1.50 through the USPS. If something is shipped USPS, we will adjust your order total and send you the new total. Larger, heavier items will be shipped UPS. Shipping in 3-5 business days from date of order. How to Order Click on Online Catalog or one of the categories below to begin. Once you find the product you wish to order, click on "Add to Cart" or "Click to Order", and the product will be added to your cart. If an item has options (colors, style, etc.) you will be asked to select those before the item is added to the cart. When you are ready to checkout, you will be asked to create a user account. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Disclaimers Stones may vary from pictures on website. Item may not be available after posting. Item often is one of a kind. Some items are sold in store only. Return Policy Returns may be made up to 10 days after receiving your purchase. Shipping charges will not be credited back. A $15.00 restocking/re-listing fee will apply to returned orders. Jewelry - You must notify Korner Gem within 48 hours of your intent to return the item(s). The jewelry MUST NOT BE WORN. It will be inspected very closely for fine scratches, nicks, etc. Minerals - must be packed the same way as you received them (i.e. double boxed, paper, etc.). DO NOT ship minerals in packing peanuts. All Minerals will be inspected for chips, nicks, broken points. We reserve the right to refuse a return if jewelry or minerals have been mishandled or damaged. All items must be in the original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the orginal invoice. |
